Our customer service policies are simple, straighttforward and transparent and are drafted keeping your best interest in mind. If by any reason, you wish to part with a product you bought from Shoppore.com or are unhappy with the service or quality, you can always send it back to us. And we promise we will not quibble, argue or frame excuses. It is your right and we respect it. Claim for a refund
Though we are always working hard to match your expectations and deliver you quality products, on time, but still, in case, you have decided that you want a refund, we are ready to help you out. In case of the following scenarios you are liable to get a full refund of money in terms of gift coupon.
We have shipped a wrong product that is not matching with your order.
- There is a manufacturing defect in the product ordered by you.
- The merchandise got damaged during transit, and we are not able to provide you with a replacement.
- You have15 days (from the date you receive the parcel) to make up your mind and intimate us that you wish to claim for a refund or you need to exchange the product.
- You can do so by dropping in an Email to email@example.com stating your transaction/product ID.
- You have to send us the parcel within 15 days of its receipt through courier.
Some Do’s and Don’ts
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged and must be in their original purchase condition.
- You need to send us the following: Original Product Packaging, Manufacturer's Containers, Documentation, Warranty Cards, Manuals, and all accessories and with tags attached (if applicable).
- All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

- We do not accept return or exchange requests for innerwear, cosmetics, socks, deodorants, perfumes and free items
- Fine jewelry products must be returned within 15 days from the day of delivery, To return your fine jewelry purchase, please call customer care at +91-88-6484-8888
- All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original conditionwith all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box as well and returned), and should not be broken or tampered with.
- Only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
- Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an Exchange by our logistics team.
- In case you had purchased an item which had a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please also return the free gift.
- If you choose to self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

You will have to return items directly to us at our address i.e 48, Radha Madhav Nagar 8,Civil lines Mathura-281001. Whenever the product received you will reimbursed gift coupon code with expiry date (equal to your product cost only)
We love you for keeping the following in mind:
- Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, and returned within 15 days of receipt in the original box.
- Original barcodes, tags, labels, product, and brand packaging should not be tampered with.
- Sachets/ packets accompanying the box should not be opened/ tampered with.

- God poshakh, dress materials can be returned within 15 days.
- Artificial Jewellery cannot be returned.
- For Electronics, items returned due to manufacturing defect will need a DOA (Dead on Arrival) Certificate or a Replacement Certificate from the authorized brand.
- Stuffed/Soft Toys cannot be returned.
- All refunds are made by gift coupon.
